About
Summer Koide is a visual practitioner, facilitator, and leadership coach who works with leaders and teams navigating complexity, change, and growth. She uses visual thinking to help groups slow down, see what is really happening in their work, and make more deliberate choices together.
She is a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), a certified practitioner of The Grove Strategic Visioning method, and trained in the Drexler-Sibbet Team Performance Model. She is also a ValueMatch Certified Practitioner, integrating values-based insight into leadership and team development work. Her facilitation is informed by nearly three decades of experience across retail, technology, and organizational design, including leadership roles with Walmart, Target, Sears, Orchard Supply Hardware, and ZEDO Advertising Technology.
Summer combines graphic recording, visual frameworks, and structured dialogue to make group dynamics visible and actionable. Her work helps teams clarify purpose, surface assumptions, strengthen trust, and navigate complex decisions without oversimplifying the work. She is particularly skilled at holding space for reflection while keeping groups oriented toward meaningful progress.
Based in Minnesota, Summer works with leaders, organizations, and communities seeking clarity, coherence, and creativity in how they think and work together.
