I’m a graphic facilitator, visual thinking educator, and author of Afluência Criativa, based in São Paulo, Brazil. I help teams turn complex strategy, culture, and innovation topics into clear visual maps that support alignment, decision-making, and learning.
With a background in engineering, project management, and CX, I work across corporate, educational, and social-impact contexts, including partnerships with traditional communities in the Amazon and other regions of Brazil. My practice combines visual thinking, deep listening, and participatory methods (inspired by Theory U) to create spaces where people can see their ideas, stories, and futures more clearly together.
