About
I am a visual partitioner aka a graphic recorder since 2011. I see myself as an artistic live interpreter, turning spoken words into accessible images. As a graphic recorder, also called scribe, I visually summarize any topic in business, science, politics or culture. I am working at congresses, debates, workshops as well as lectures. As I am very curious I also love the learning and traveling part about our job.
In Germany I have been supporting the community by organizing and hosting the German speaking community event, the so called “Graphic Recording Gipfel / Summit” in Berlin in 2020. Also, I am a founding member of the Graphic Recording Network Berlin.
I studied Visual Communication at HfG Schwäbisch Gmünd University of Design and at the University Düsseldorf. I graduated from there with an MA equivalent diploma in design studies.
I have since worked as a freelance Creative Director for more than a decade and have applied my idea of “design based upon concepts” mainly to Corporate Design and Information Design.
In the last couple of years I started to pass my knowledge, expertise and experience to others and I offer trainings about Graphic recording, as well as Deep dives into visual consulting.
I am based Berlin and I will work everywhere … all over Germany, Europe, the world and in the internet.
