About

Belinda Jackson is a Visual Strategist and Graphic Recorder on a mission to help innovators, impact CEOs, and change makers use visual thinking to spark engagement, imagine better futures, and build momentum to move work forward. Her professional career began as an educator in her hometown of Mount Vernon, NY. When Belinda transitioned from classroom teaching and school-based leadership to higher-education research at Johns Hopkins University, everything clicked!

She began her graphic recording training in 2008 and started applying her expertise in facilitation, implementation science, and leadership, woven together with her love of drawing and design. Her discovery— from the C Suite to the board room and the main stage, visualization is a powerful tool for creating positive change!

In 2017, Belinda launched Picture it Possible Visual Strategy & Facilitation, a creative consultancy in Baltimore, MD, specializing in strategy mapping, meeting facilitation, and graphic recording.

Across leadership and consulting roles, Belinda has become a trusted partner to executives and mission-driven teams, known for drawing out strengths that often go unnamed. She brings visual storytelling into rooms where complexity runs high—supporting corporations, higher education, foundations, and nonprofits as they navigate growth and transformation.

Whether you’re launching something new, navigating change, or making sense of what’s next, Belinda helps make strategy feel less abstract and more human.
