Anne M Jess
I offer a unique blend of business skills, analytical and visual thinking, metaphorical sensing, and a bit of artistic flair to create graphical representations for you and your organization
About
Despite a long and successful career as a software developer, systems analyst and database designer, Anne eventually recovered from IT and turned to human systems: individuals, groups and organizations. She received her MA in Organizational Development in 2007, through the Organization Systems Renewal (OSR) program at Seattle University. There, she developed her passion for leveraging sensitivity, intention and creativity in facilitating organizational and individual change.
Anne has been thinking visually as long as she can remember. In the math and computer science fields, Anne honed her skills in systems thinking, analysis, and process mapping. Her deep-listening, analytical and synthesizing skills are excellent. She has always had an appreciation for the arts, and feels very fortunate to be able to blend her business skills, analytical and visual thinking, and a bit of an artistic flair to create graphical representations for exciting change initiatives.
Currently, Anne facilitates clients in developing mission and vision statements, defining preferred futures, creating action plans, building capacities, strategic planning, and recognizing strengths and constraints in their work systems. She provides graphic recording for conferences, capturing keynote speeches and harvest sessions. She also creates process maps, historic timelines, synthesis murals and other studio work.
