I want to see what I wondered by seeing it with my own eyes, staying in the UK for 17 years at age one year, and then get on board the Arctic Ocean research vessel twice. 疑問に思ったことは自分の目で見て感じて確かめたい、と17歳でイギリスに１年間滞在、その後、北極海研究船に２度乗船する。メーカーにて働き方変革プロジェクトメンバーとして勤務した後、大学勤務の中で、グラフィックファシリテーションと出会い、魅了される。これまでに700以上の現場を経験し、現在は発達凸凹(発達障害)への活用を中心として、組織開発や対話の場づくりとしての活用法を探求している。北海道大学大学院環境科学院 修了。（209文字）
