About

With over a decade of professional experience and over four years of experience leveraging visual thinking, Rachel knows about the power of Strategic and Visual Facilitation.

With her extensive experience with design thinking, facilitation, visual thinking, organizational development, experiential learning and teaching, and coaching, Rachel understands the challenges of communicating with clarity and seeing the big picture.

She has a B.A. in Anthropology from Kansas State University. She is the founder of the Daring Leader Conversations Meetup and has been a part of the leadership of the Service Design DC Meetup, the DC Graphic Facilitation Meetup, and the Design Thinking: DC Meetup. She is also a Design Thinking Facilitator at the Academy of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Maryland and an Adjunct Instructor at the Maryland Institute College of Art.

Currently based in Washington, DC, Rachel designs her time to connect and grow with curiosity and bravery. She is passionate about helping and teaching people to live a whole and meaningful life. Beyond insights and support that helps you increase your impact with visual support, you’ll get a supportive and calm well of human-centered resources.  She loves working with passionate individuals and small groups striving for strategic growth.
