About

Meg Ratto (formerly Davis) is a graphic facilitator and graphic recorder with over eleven years’ experience in Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice, Training Design and Implementation, and Project Management. Megan has learned to move off of the PowerPoint and onto the wall to create engaging visuals and to create opportunities for meetings, as well as trainings, for participants to truly connect with data and protocols. She uses graphic recording to tell stories and share knowledge and graphic facilitation to build conversations in various Steering Committee and Working Group meetings. Megan has used her graphic techniques with the Harris County Youth Collective, Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, Harris County Juvenile Probation Department, The Harris Center, and many other non-profits. Megan believes visuals are a way to engage participants at every level, carry the meeting on to next steps, as well as a way to absorb and maintain the information.
