About
Background:
My background is in project management and business administration. I used to work for Xerox for approx. 15 years. I held several positions, from project manager to pre-sales consultant. My passion was in process improvement and teaching my colleagues in lean and six sigma methodologies. This is where I started working with pen and paper on flipcharts and pinboards.
Current work:
When I left Xerox in 2010, I started my own business after travelling in Latin America for a year. Since 2011 I am working as a process improvement consultant and stumbled across the bikablo books. After practicing on my own, I took a couple of their courses and joined the bikablo family in 2016. I teach of a couple of the bikablo courses, develop new courses and apply visual facilitation in my work as process improvement consultant. I also head the global bikablo training program.
