CREATIVE PARTNERSHIPS THAT ADVANCE EQUITY

What: IFVP presents a two-hour workshop for graphic facilitators on embracing diversity, building partnerships, and growing more equitable practices into visual practice, no matter the size. In this conversation hosted by Illustrating Progress, we will be listening to stories from the field and offering space to reflect on making your practice a vehicle for equity and co-creation.
Why this, why now: As we face catastrophic climate change effects, the COVID-19 pandemic, and global protests addressing racial injustice, it is clear we need to work together to create an inclusive emergent future. As a visual practice field, intentional listening and embracing unique perspectives is paramount to how we support our clients and essential to navigating the deep structural shifts ahead... But how can we create a clearing to do meaningful change work in our daily lives and in our own business practices?
