For Brittany Curry, "It’s getting real." But, that doesn't mean life after the honeymoon has lost it's passion, it's just being refocused and elevated. "We are trying to figure out how to pay bills, have kids, and save for retirement…make it last, get through the highs and lows of life and still make it work. We anticipate our regular Friday night dates–meaning at this point we have regular requests and anniversaries events to look forward to. Joining IFVP has been inspiring. Seeing a community full of other committed practitioners makes me really excited about the possibilities." 

"Some of the best advice I got was from Brandy Agerback who said, 'content is king.' You have to be passionate about they way that graphics drive content and real change. What we do is about memorializing moments and making memories that have life beyond those moments. My best work comes when I'm working with a group that is close to my heart and soul. You can tell the difference between those dates and the others. Our relationship is at its best when we make other people feel seen and heard."

"What annoys me most is that it can take me a long time to learn a lesson. That's a bad habit that causes tension in the relationship. For example, I learned about the power of a checklists and creating a rhythm that I know and trust. Whenever I deviate from that, it causes aggravation." But one thing Brittany does take too serious is how she talks about her beaux."

"Some people find it degrading, but I embrace the term Doodle. I've noticed that talking too formally about my love creates a pedestal–a barrier which makes us seem inaccessible. I always want our relationship to be invitational and motivate people to feel empowered about what they are able to accomplish."
