About

I have developed my Visual Facilitation skills through a broad range of experience. I received professional training through my internship with the Grove Consultants International, was mentored by leaders in the field and have worked with various consulting firms in their large group accelerated design sessions. The result is a wide range of exposure to various approaches that culminates in my unique style that is customizable to an organization’s needs.
I was a lecturer in the Organization Management and Development at Fielding Graduate University. While in graduate school, I envisioned a program for an academic institution that would include Visual Facilitation. The result of that vision is the co-development of the first academic offering in Visual Facilitation with a graduate level course for Fielding Graduate University called Leading Change that Matters with Visual Facilitation and Creative Engagement.

Currently my practice involves working with individuals and groups utilizing various forms of creative engagement to support the actualization and realization of vision, purpose and goals. I work with clients from the initial stages of concept and challenge, to design processes that facilitate change and sustain growth. My clients include corporate, non-profit, higher education and one-on-one consultation.
