I run my business specialising in a range of interventions including facilitation (with or without graphics), graphic recording, coaching and mentoring. In many cases these merge together into one overall offering, supporting clients with a variety of organisational and individual needs.

With artistic parents I grew up with pens, paper and my own imagination. I utilise my creative skills to create memorable images that boost engagement and strengthen buy-in to key messages and concepts. I record at events wherever there is rich dialogue, such as conferences, training events, and strategy meetings etc.

I am also an experienced human resources professional, having worked at a senior level in the retail, automotive and not-for-profit sectors My familiarity with people strategies, processes, OD and change interventions means that I am able to understand and capture themes and dialogue effectively.
