As a graphic recorder, Sophia captures big ideas, complex concepts, and group processes. She uses graphics to enhance meeting productivity and group performance by creating a shared visual map of the conversation. Her large format charts synthesize the group’s high level thinking and enables participants to clearly see connections and possibilities.

As part of her practice, Sophia partners with organizations to design customized visual tools and templates to deepen collaborative learning in a creative and engaging format. She has extensive experience in producing, designing, and marketing experiential learning events and has worked with various industries, from nonprofit to management consulting. Sophia holds a B.A. in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
