Susanne Hoogwater is a graphic facilitator, creative lawyer and mediator She is originally from the Netherlands, and lives in the United States since 2005. She combines her logical analytical skills and legal background with an intuitive and creative approach.
Graphic recording supports balance during meetings and follow up communication: Balance between right brain and left brain thinking, between practical concerns and higher visions, between heart and mind, between multiple intelligences and interaction styles, between history and future. Between the uniqueness of every individual and the value of seeing the big picture.
The intention is to listen for new connections, sparks of genius, and powerful clarity. Meeting participants see the thinking quality of their collaborative work evolve on the wall, while also recognizing the feeling quality of their process.
