At your event, I work at the wall on huge sheets of paper, drawing and writing to capture what people say. I use words and images that reflect and record ideas.
The drawings evolve during the event into charts that tell the story of the day.
People love to see their own words taking shape. Graphic recording helps people to think creatively, reflect on what is being said and to really "see what they mean". Recordings are inclusive, enabling the sharing of ideas in a creative way - even after the event with those unable to attend.
You can use the charts afterwards to communicate key messages, as a record or reminder, or as artwork in follow up communications. I can produce a summary chart that pulls together the themes that you want to represent and communicate.
Before the event, I can provide templates for workshop participants and activities.
