Patricia Hilton contributes to the transformation of organizations through promoting and using systematic approaches to encourage and support collaboration, including interactive facilitation and training techniques. In addition, Ms. Hilton has managed various aspects of program planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and process improvement, most recently during her tenure with the Baldrige National Quality Program at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. Her work with teams is extensive.
Ms. Hilton has worked collaboratively to plan and facilitate strategic planning sessions and meetings of all types; developed and used graphic templates to support transfer of knowledge and information; and served to graphically record meeting proceedings to help participants create a visual and cognitive connection with information being presented or processed.
Patricia brings to clients relevant knowledge and experience along with a unique perspective and skill set, having a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Communications Design, Master of Fine Arts with an emphasis in drawing; Distinguished Toastmaster standing; extensive education and training in project management and various facilitation techniques; and years of experience working with national and state government and non-profit organizations. She creates and executes projects that are engaging to participants while focusing on producing meaningful results.
