Nevada is the founder and principal consultant at Lane Change Consulting, an OD consulting firm focused on helping organizations around the world learn, grow and engage their people during change. Over the past 15 years she has lived and worked in the U.S., Germany, the United Kingdom and Sweden as a professional facilitator, trainer, and coach. Nevada integrates visual communication and thinking into all of her work with clients, helping them see the bigger picture, gain new insights, reach agreement and engage stakeholders.
Nevada holds a B.A. from UC Berkeley and the LMU in Munich, Germany, and a M.S. from the University of San Francisco in Organization Development. She is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and FIRO-B instruments
