I'm Martine Vanremoortele, living in Antwerp, Belgium. Today I'm crew member at new shoes today. I studied Communication Sciences and Marketing. After more than 15 year experience in communication and marketing, I shifted my career path to quality management and later I added coaching and creative thinking. Now I have found a way to combine management experience, creative thinking and love for colors & drawing. I specialize in Visual Harvesting, aka graphic recording.

Visual Harvesting is a unique and creative approach that stimulates our minds, enhances our conversations and the group experience. Thoughts, ideas, energy and experiences are harvested real-time on large visual displays. The use of pictures and text enables participants to clearly see connections and possibilities. The display provides a group memory that is easy to understand and share with others.  My aim is to amplify how well people work together and support and boost people in their thinking in order to accomplish their goals.   My toolkit contains different sized markers, lot’s of paper, drawing tablet and some tech stuff, which I can make available if needed.

I love to be in the moment, listening to what is said, feeling the energy and translate it via quick accurate notes and drawings. My background in communication, marketing and quality management serves me well to understand the business language and processes and enables listening for deeper meaning.

I can work with groups from six to six hundred.
I work in Dutch, English and French. The work I do is an excellent way to facilitate multilingual teams.
