The executive team of a large services organization needed to
reach full agreement on a fresh and integrated approach to branding.
The key challenge was to integrate the different knowledge and
viewpoints of 6 strong personalities into a shared picture; one
that accurately reflected a very complex set of external realities.
The first hour of the meeting was used to create this industry
map (above), using each team member's expertise. Once this context
was established, the team was able to agree on a new branding
strategy and flesh it out in a couple of hours.
