Lynne Cazaly knows business, communication and how groups work. She’s passionate about helping groups work together and facilitating outcomes with those groups.
She plays the role of map or compass for each group – helping them identify where they want to get to and she helps set the process for how best to work together to get there.
Her uniqueness comes from her extensive business experience and abilities in high creativity environments like improvisation, graphic and visual recording, while still driving towards outcomes.
Her 12 years business experience in in-house management and leadership roles is complemented by a similar number of years in consulting, crossing sectors, industries and areas of work.
She is an experienced learning and design consultant, sessional lecturer and adult trainer and loves improv!
