Janet Larkman, BFA, brings a unique perspective to visual recording by combining her work as a visual artist, editorial cartoonist and facilitator. With words, images, insights and humour, Janet provides a mirror that helps groups see the big picture and move through challenges big and small. Her work has a way of energizing a room and bringing meetings to life. As a facilitator, her methodologies focus on transformational change, including Deep Democracy, Talking Circles and Appreciative Inquiry. Her work with communities around the world is rooted in a belief that the best solutions emanate from the groups posing the questions.
