| Introduction |
|
Gabriela began her consulting career back in 1995 when The Supreme Court of Costa Rica invited her to join a local team of professional involved in developing a program in Alternative Conflict Resolution. Ever since, she has branched out to looking at how people work in groups and organizations, and and working to support them in becoming more effective and creative in their communication and decision-making processes.
Visual mapping or graphic recording is one skill she has in her professional tool kit, which she adds to every endeavor to which they would add value to the service. Of course, most frequently, she utilizes graphics in her facilitation of meetings and forums. Yet, she also weaves them into trainings and research projects in which visuals enrich the effectiveness of the process and final products.
