Donna is relatively new to Graphic Recording & Facilitating. She has always worked with visuals in her training & facilitating and has added this new product to her existing learning & development businesses.
Recognised as being one of Australia's leading trainers and facilitators, she delivers programs across a range of clients and teams throughout the Asia Pacific region.
Donna works in industries as diverse as finance, mining, retail, travel, banking, and insurance. Her clients include KPMG, Zinifex, Shell, British Airways, Diageo, The Mind Gym, ANZ Bank, National Australia Bank and Flight Centre, among others. In addition, Donna works with several Commonwealth, State and Local Governments.
Donna is known in the training industry as “the Leopard skin Lady” and has built a niche for herself as a coach and mentor for trainers and facilitators. Her Beyond Cert IV™ program is sought out by both external consultants, and internal training departments throughout Australia.
Donna is Director and Principal Trainer for Passion Energy & Performance Pty Ltd, the organisation she established in 2002. Prior to establishing PEP, Donna’s career included roles within travel, finance, telecommunications and corporate hospitality.
Donna brings passion and energy into every environment she works in. Her personal philosophy of living according to universal laws of abundance, reciprocity and attraction is evident in how she operates her business, interacts with her clients and delivers her sessions.
