| Introduction |
|
I have a background in Project Management, Workforce Development, Leadership and Engagement programmes. I am a member of the International Association of Facilitators, an experienced trainer, and graphic facilitator; heading up a company of similarly skilled facilitators and practitioners.
I have 12 years experience of graphic facilitation. The company has the combined total of 34 years experience. Over that time we have developed our own unique style of graphic recording which allows live, real time minutes to be taken. Our years of experience have taught us that using Graphic Facilitation in meetings, at conferences and seminars will provide an accurate visual record of the key themes, issues and insights. Using drawings, symbols, colour and words will:
● Communicate concepts
● Convey atmosphere
● Capture debate and discussion
● Depict energy
● Encourage participation from all.
The graphic records we produce can:
● Give insight and clarity around complicated concepts
● Convey the mood of a meeting
● Capture debate and discussion as it happens
● Depict the energy created
