Alice is an organizational consultant who specializes in strategic planning, leadership development, work team dynamics, creativity, and organizational culture. She was the creator and Executive Director of the U.S. Navy's highly regarded Center for Organization Development, routinely providing graphic facilitation services to client organizations within the military and government environments for groups ranging from 12 to 200.

She currently provides consultation and facilitation services for military and government organizations as well as non-profit institutions, academia, and the business sector. Her areas of expertise include health care, education, and human services.

Alice has considerable experience coaching leadership teams and facilitating problem solving, strategic planning, team building, and change management initiatives for groups of all sizes and at all levels within organizations. She uses her visual and graphic skills to design and facilitate meetings that encourage participation and generate energy and commitment to action.
