This form is meant to allow for guest tickets to the Tuesday reception and Thursday Gala for adults and children. If you are registered for the conference, your participation is already built into your conference fee. If you are not registered for the conference but want to attend the reception and/or gala, you will need to purchase a ticket here for yourself as well as any guests.

Tuesday July 30 Reception includes hors d'oeuvres and open bar

Thursday August 1 Gala includes hors d'oeuvres, open bar, and live band
Adults $100
Children $65
*Registered conference attendees are admitted to the functions as part of conference package. Guests will need to be signed up and paid in advance. There are no refunds, however guest tickets are transferable.
